Eva Gluyas is a Design Thinker, Mentor, and Coach with over 34 years of experience in the field of design, having operated her own businesses in the UK and NZ.

She specializes in facilitating transformational change through design thinking and 'design doing' practice, working with organizations at a leadership level.

Eva has a strong background in designing for manufacturing, production, and engineering design, enabling businesses to align with customer needs and desires.

With an innate curiosity and a passion for innovation, she thrives on creating compelling opportunities and experiences for her clients.

Eva has worked with a diverse range of clients including Southland Strategic Development Strategy, Stabicraft Limited, Land Rover, and NHS UK, among others.
