Eva Vander Giessen

Eva Vander Giessen is the Program Director at beVisioneers, a fellowship program run by The DO School Fellowships gGmbH.3 She has a background in supporting impact entrepreneurs and connecting them with a global community of purposeful individuals.1 Eva's experience includes designing and facilitating workshops and incubators for entrepreneurs and artists to drive social change.1

Prior to her current role, Eva worked with teams of Israeli and Palestinian entrepreneurs at Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow in partnership with MIT.1 She has also been involved in education and vocational training for women and youth in Afghanistan.1

Eva is the co-founder of San Francisco Playback Theater and serves on the advisory boards of Afghan Friends Network and Playback North America.1 Her work focuses on environmental and social justice issues, and she is passionate about putting compassion into action.15
