Eugene Nkomba

Eugene Nkomba is a seasoned Agile Enterprise Coach, Co-Active Coach, and Team Performance Coach with a passion for spurring lasting positive transformation in organizations. With over two decades of software research and development, project management, and agile coaching experience, Eugene has worked with clients such as USPTO, DHS, BNP Bank, Banco do Brasil, Saudi Arabia Ministry of Interior, Fidelity, Humana, Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce, AT&T, IBM, and others. He helps firms gain a competitive edge in this age of digital disruption by adopting Agile frameworks such as Scrum@Scale, Nexus, Scaled Agile, Kanban, and DAD.

Eugene holds a B.S. in Computer Science and two coaching certifications: Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC). Over the years, he has held senior positions at Alena Systems LLC, Xerox, ASG, IBM Global Services, and BNP Paribas. Eugene is also the co-founder of New South Technologies and a former PMI-ACP® Credential PRC (Panel Review Committee) at Project Management Institute.
