Eugene Mann

Eugene Mann is a technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product management, artificial intelligence, and risk management. He served as Product Lead for Applied Machine Learning and Risk UX at Stripe from July 2021 to June 2023.1 In this role, he led product development for Stripe's Applied Machine Learning team, focusing on enhancing support, risk assessment, and product experience through AI/ML and generative AI technologies.1

Currently, Eugene is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Maven AGI, a company he started in June 2023.1 Maven AGI is developing a generative AI platform aimed at reimagining customer experience, with a focus on customer support.12

Prior to his work at Stripe and Maven AGI, Eugene held notable positions including:

• Senior Product Manager at Google (January 2018 - July 2021), where he launched the new Google News app and led product development for news-related features1
• Founder of PPL Labs (2013 - January 2018), a company helping local businesses with web presence and online marketing1
• Associate at The Boston Consulting Group (August 2009 - October 2010)1

Eugene has a background in entrepreneurship, having founded MasksOn.org, a non-profit initiative providing emergency PPE masks to clinicians during the COVID-19 pandemic.1 He received his education from Boston University's School of Management.1
