Eugene Mamulova

Eugene Mamulova is a PhD Researcher in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) at Eindhoven University of Technology.5 She began her PhD in February 2021 in the Building Physics group, chaired by Professor Bert Blocken.27 Her research focuses on thermal comfort in office buildings, investigating occupant and environment-related factors that influence comfort levels.3
Prior to her PhD, Eugene completed her Master's degree in Building Physics and Services, submitting a thesis on thermal comfort in offices.4 Her MSc thesis was nominated for the best Eindhoven University of Technology MSc thesis.6
In June 2023, Eugene published her first journal paper, which focused on positioning models for thermal comfort.8 Besides her academic pursuits, Eugene is also involved in campus activities, such as gardening initiatives for students and staff.1
