Ethan Castro, PhD

Ethan Castro is a musician, innovator, and co-founder of EDGE Sound Research who has dedicated his life to bringing people together through music. He holds a Doctorate in Digital Composition from UC Riverside and a Master's in Music Industry Administration from CSU Northridge. Castro also graduated with a Bachelor's in Music Theory and Composition from CSU Fresno.

Castro has an extensive professional background that includes serving on the Board of Directors for Riverside County Philharmonic, managing the Experimental Acoustic Research Studio (EARS) at UC Riverside, and acting as Vice President for EDGE Original Inc. He has also worked as a Southern California Experience Technician for SoundOff Experience, a Technology/Sound Director for Encounter Church, and a GraceNote Instructor for Care Fresno.

Additionally, Castro has experience teaching at the university level, having served as an Associate Instructor and Teaching Assistant at UC Riverside. He has also worked as the Vice President of Riverside County Philharmonic and as an Audio Visual Technician for Fresno First Baptist Church.
