Dr. Ethan F. Becker

Ethan Becker is a globally recognized international best-selling author, keynote speaker, and communication coach/trainer. He is the President, Senior Coaching Partner, Author, and I/O Psychologist at THE SPEECH IMPROVEMENT COMPANY. The company was founded by his parents in 1964 and is known for launching the executive communication coaching sector. Through his expertise and guidance, he and his team have helped over a million individuals, including high-ranking officials, leaders of countries and fortune 100 organizations, and the New York Giants, overcome their communication hurdles. Ethan's specialization areas include controlling nervousness, developing style, leadership, and sales communication.

He has earned several degrees, including a Doctor of Humane Letters in communication, a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology, an MBA in international leadership and communication, and a BS in mass communication. Ethan was also an instructor at Harvard University and a Director of Communication Research and Curriculum at The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre.

Ethan is a co-author of the international best seller "Mastering Communication at Work, how to lead, manage and influence" and has given motivational customized keynote presentations. He received an honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters from Fitchburg State University for his globally renowned work in communication after the passing of his mother in 2012.
