Contributed to development of department exercise by creating BCP document, call tree.Responsible for maintenance of the Business Impact Analysis to ensure that the related documentation accurately reflects key business process, application and data recovery priorities.Have lead programs and project management role for recovery projects like Home Work Environment specific to Compliance division for Business Continuity planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery planning (DR).Maintaining Health check, a tool that tracks and monitors regular maintenance activities to notify senior managers the results of quarterly maintenance.Implemented first alternate BCP site drill for Compliance in Infosys to ensure continued availability of all personnel in order to resume and recover essential services in the event of business interruption.Worked very closely with the Crisis Management team, Corporate Services and Senior Management Team (India) on various disaster recovery planning and testing.Managed various crisis situations like Serial Bomb Blasts in Bangalore, Commercial vehicle strike in Bangalore to ensure employee safety and business as usual.
