    Esther Grossman is a dedicated individual with a rich background of over four years in global innovation and development work across the EMEA region.

    Currently serving as the Senior Design Program Manager at Re, Esther is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and completion of various design programs in Re's operational countries.

    In addition to her professional roles, Esther is passionate about community building and considers herself a facilitation enthusiast who believes in the transformative power of design to impact the world positively.

    Esther Grossman holds a Bachelor's Degree with majors in International Relations and Political Science from Goucher College, along with specialization in Migration and Transnational Identity from the School for International Training.

    Her professional journey includes key positions such as Co-Founder/Advisor at Startup Migrants, Program Manager at Re, Mosharaka Programme Assistant at UNDP, Program Analyst at Syria Direct, and Research Assistant at UNDP.

    Furthermore, Esther has contributed her expertise as the Girl Delegate Programme Fellow at Malala Fund, Student Director for Goucher College- Refugee Youth Project Partnership, and as an Intern and Temporary Special Assistant to the President at Malala Fund.
