She studied Women Studies at the University of Washington before earning an Associates of Arts degree from Edmonds Community College. Esther has held various positions at esteemed companies such as Intellectual Ventures and John L. Scott Real Estate, where she worked as an Operations Analyst, Administrative Assistant, and Legal Assistant.

At Casey Family Programs, Esther excels as a Project Manager in Strategic Engagement & Initiatives. She is passionate about working with organizations that empower young adults, specifically those with backgrounds in the foster care system. Her previous experience in operations and administrative support has made her a valuable asset in managing and executing successful projects.
