Esther Barsom

Esther Barsom is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background.

She holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Master Geneeskunde from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, where she also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Medicine, further specializing in Psychobiologie / Fysioilogische psychologie.

Esther has gained valuable experience working in various organizations, including serving as an ANIOS Chirurgie at Amsterdam UMC and as a Behandelend arts at Zouzou Medical.

Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident through her founding of Zouzou Graphics and her involvement in the Dutch Society for Simulation in Healthcare where she held a position on the Board.

She has also contributed to the medical field as an ANIOS at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep and as a Medical Advisor/project manager at everywhereIM.

Esther's passion for research led her to be a Researcher Phd Candidate at AMC Medical Research BV and a member of the Board at Aprove AMC PhD Society.

Moreover, her dedication to education is highlighted by her role as the Founder of Ik Studeer, Zij studeren, demonstrating her commitment to both personal and collective academic growth.
