Esra A Alev is a global marketing executive and innovative leader, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Enterprise and Compliance Solutions Marketing at ADP. With extensive experience in Marketing, Product Management, P&L Management, Loyalty Marketing, Partnerships, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience, Esra has a proven track record of success across all phases of the customer lifecycle in B2B, B2B2C, B2C, and D2C. She has developed innovative marketing and awareness strategies and has led the launch of products and go-to-market strategies across all channels and multiple constituencies.

Esra received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from New York University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University, and further advanced her leadership skills at The Leadership Room.

Prior to her role at ADP, Esra was the Vice President of North America Customer Marketing and Vice President of Co-Brand Product Marketing & Management at American Express. During her tenure, she received several awards, including the Chairman's Award for Innovation and the President's Award from multiple Business Units.

Esra is a proven customer and results-driven marketer with a proven ability to drive sales, prospect and customer engagement, and increased share within global enterprise business. Managing a team of over 100 marketing professionals across the globe, she has shown skills in cross-functional collaboration and navigating highly matrixed organizations and complex environments.
