Esosa Johnson

Esosa Ighodaro is a prominent figure within the tech industry as a collective of passionate Black women tech founders who strive to empower and support Black women entrepreneurs in building successful businesses. With a strong background in finance and investments, Esosa has held key roles in various organizations and startups. She advocates for diversity and inclusivity in tech, emphasizing the importance of different perspectives in driving innovation and growth.

Esosa's educational background includes studying at Temple University Rome and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management.

Throughout her career, Esosa has showcased her leadership skills and business acumen in roles such as Program Lead in Investments at RAVN, Scout at Ada Ventures, and as the Chief Executive Officer of the acquired MaskGrant. She is also a former Co-founder of Black Women Talk Tech and CoSign Inc. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise by serving on the board of organizations like the Bedford Stuyvesant YMCA.

Esosa's vast experience spans across the financial sector with roles at Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and management. Her internships at Bear Stearns and JPMorgan Chase have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of hedge funds and prime brokerage.
