Esha Kashyap is a junior at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing Finance and Business Analytics at Wharton as part of the dual-degree Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business. Esha also holds minors in Computer Science and Mandarin.
Esha completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance, and Business Analytics from The Wharton School alongside a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to this, she obtained her High School Diploma from The Bishop's School.
Throughout her academic journey, Esha has been involved in various prestigious organizations. She has interned at Bank of America as a Global Technology Sophomore Summer Analyst, participated in the Future Women Leaders Program at Blackstone, and was part of the Women's Leadership Program in BCMA (Investment Banking) at Citi. Esha also gained experience as a Venture Capital Intern at Mayfield Fund, a Literature and Writing Tutor at Hamilton Education, an Associate Consultant at Wharton GRC in the Global Research and Consulting Group, an Associate Consultant at Penn Microfinance in the Pratham Education Foundation, a Portfolio Management Intern at EvoNexus, as well as being a Scholarship Recipient at the National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) from the U.S. Department of State. She has also been a Program Participant at the Duke University LEAD Summer Business Institute under the LEADership, Education, and Development (LEAD) program.
