Esa Ojansivu

Esa Ojansivu is an accomplished professional with an impressive background in technology and business. He has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, working for both startups and large companies. He is skilled in software development, product management, and business strategy. Esa has a degree in Computer Science from the Helsinki University of Technology where he graduated with honors.

Esa was the co-founder and CEO of Scred, a mobile banking and money-sharing app that was launched in 2007. Scred was one of the first mobile payment solutions that allowed people to share expenses with their friends and family. Under his leadership, Scred grew to become one of the most popular mobile payment apps in Europe.

Prior to founding Scred, Esa worked as a product manager at Nokia, where he was responsible for developing new technologies for mobile phones. He also worked as a software developer at Intel and Hewlett-Packard.

Esa is currently the CEO of Holvi, a digital banking platform for entrepreneurs and small businesses. He is focused on making financial management simple, efficient, and affordable for small businesses. Holvi was acquired by BBVA, one of the largest banks in Europe, in 2016.
