Erwin Chan has amassed over two decades of professional experience in Singapore and the Asia region, showcasing strong expertise in leadership, general management, business development, operations, change management, strategic planning, and business processes. Currently, he holds a pivotal role at ACI Worldwide as the Vice President of Operations & Planning for the Asia Pacific region, overseeing strategic and operational planning, sales operations, and customer management. Prior to his current position, Erwin held key management roles at SAS Institute, including country management responsibilities in Indonesia and Thailand, country development responsibilities in Vietnam and Brunei, and served as the Director of Operations at SAS Singapore. Before his tenure at SAS Institute, he played significant roles in various organizations such as managing Gartner's Market & Business Strategy consulting practice, leading business development at CNET Networks, and spearheading Singapore's wireless infrastructure development at the Infocomm Development Authority. Erwin's career kickstarted in business and management consulting, serving a diverse range of industries like banking, IT, manufacturing, and retail, focusing on strategic planning, organization effectiveness, process re-engineering, change management, and mergers & acquisitions. He pursued his Bachelor of Arts at the National University of Singapore.
