Ernest Herrera

Ernest Herrera is a licensed attorney with years of experience specializing in civil litigation, state administrative matters, immigration law issues, and criminal defense and prosecution, among others. He completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Latin American Studies at Columbia University in the City of New York. He then pursued his law degree at The University of New Mexico School of Law. He is licensed in California, New Mexico, and Texas. He has worked at different legal organizations, including Morrissey - Lewis, LLC, and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, among others.
