With expertise in negotiations and complex deals, he has successfully partnered with various startups, including GrainSense, PlantResponse Biotech, and Beagard Ltd.

Erkki has held several key roles at Nokia, Nokia Ventures, VTT Ventures, and KAUST Innovation Fund. He is currently the Managing Director of Yara Growth Ventures, where he supports entrepreneurs to create innovative companies. Erkki is also a board member and advisor to multiple startups and an investor in his own right.
