He has over 25 years of experience in energy finance and has played a significant role in offshore wind finance, leading and closing multiple pioneering projects in this sector. Uysal is also a co-founder of Snow BV, which was established alongside Jérôme Guillet and Kevin Feldman, and he has previously founded and led Green Giraffe, a firm focused on renewable energy finance.134
