Erin Ward
Erin Ward is a versatile professional with expertise in education, writing, and wellness. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing from New York University and later pursued further education in yoga and Ayurveda from Kripalu School. Erin has worked in a diverse range of roles, including writer, instructor, community manager, apprenticeship, and brand ambassador positions. Her work experiences include founding teacher at Huma Rising, instructor at The Class by Taryn Toomey, 750-hour RYT yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor, community manager at We Quilt, and apprentice to the CCO at Contently. Erin has also worked with Y7 Yoga, Spring Moves, Sakara Life, and Jai Yoga Arts in different capacities. Her work experience is highlighted by her commitment to wellness, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and fostering engaging communities. She has also volunteered as a teaching volunteer at BASICS International and previously worked as a teaching assistant at Rockefeller University and P.S.11.
