Erin Sietstra is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background. She pursued a BA in Organismic and Evolutionary Biology at Harvard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors. Additionally, she attended the Harvard Summer School in Shanghai at Fudan University. Erin furthered her education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Erin's professional journey is marked by her roles in various prominent organizations. She served as Head of Investments at Hopelab, Product & User Research Lead at CoachMe Health, and held several positions at Johnson & Johnson Innovation, including Senior Manager, Transactions & Business Analytics, Manager, Transactions & Business Analytics, and Senior Analyst, Business Analytics and Decision Support. Prior to this, Erin worked as an Associate at Leerink Swann Consulting and gained valuable experience as an Analyst at the same firm. She also contributed as an Undergraduate Researcher and Thesis Writer at the Cognitive Evolution Laboratory, a Laboratory Intern at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, and a Research Intern at New Generation Health Center.
