Erin Rauch-Sasseen is a versatile professional with a background spanning community management, customer service, event coordination, music, and literary studies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Philosophy from Fordham University. Erin's career has taken her from working as a Freelance Vocalist to managing the Immersion Program at Facebook, with stops at Meetup and Lyft in between. At Lyft, Erin served as Customer Immersion Team Lead, managing a team of Customer Support Specialists who specialized in customer retention through personalized engagement. At Meetup, Erin developed her skills in community management, starting as Associate Community Specialist and eventually becoming Manager of Community Success. Prior to her career in customer service and community management, Erin worked in event coordination, as a Tour Coordinator for Academic Arrangements Abroad and a Freelance Scavenger Hunt Assistant for Watson Adventures. Additionally, Erin has experience in the literary world, having interned at Caren Johnson Literary Agency, Hippocrene Books, and served as Editor-in-Chief/Contributing Writer for Bricolage Fordham University's Journal of Literary Studies. Erin's diverse range of experiences and skills make her a valuable asset to any team.
