Erin Niehaus is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience in growth equity investment management and start-up strategy and operations. Niehaus is well known for her cross-functional leadership skills and relationship-building abilities. Her expertise in strategy and finance enables her to anticipate market trends, optimize business metrics, and drive priorities while being able to communicate with ease. She is a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and a CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) Candidate. Niehaus is a strong advocate for education equality and economic empowerment services.

Niehaus has worked with numerous top-tier firms over her career. She served as a Principal at EastShoreAdvisory and as a Vice President at Boardspan Inc. Niehaus has also held senior leadership positions in various organizations such as Fiskkit, J.Hilburn, and RS Investments.
