Erin L. Henry, Ph.D. is an experienced strategist and advisor with expertise in cross-boundary leadership, talent strategy, team and organizational effectiveness, and organizational change. She has advised and trained leaders and teams in financial services, telecommunications manufacturing, energy, and many other sectors. Erin holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Business School, an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before serving as Senior Director of Strategy & Planning - Chief of Staff at Northwestern Mutual, Erin held executive positions such as Senior Director of Integration & Organizational Effectiveness and Director of Integration & Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to that, she worked as an Organizational Behavior Researcher & Executive Education Facilitator at Harvard Business School and as a Supplier Diversity & Business Development Consultant and Associate Specialist at Johnson Controls.
