Erin Joy

Erin Joy is a successful female entrepreneur and founder of Black Dress Circle, a consulting and executive coaching company that offers support to female business owners. With an aim to help emerging and evolving companies overcome various challenges and enhance their productivity, efficiency, and profitability, Erin's goal is to provide women with the necessary resources and services to be successful in business and life. Erin has received recognition for her consulting firm and was designated one of the top 100 St. Louisans to know in 2016. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Arts in human resources management from Washington University in St. Louis, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in business psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Erin is an experienced navigator, trusted confidant, and a candid advisor who understands the unique challenges of managing a business. Additionally, she founded the Midwest Women Business Owners’ Conference, a platform for powerful female business owners to come together and discuss management, marketing, and operational challenges.
