Erin Glenn

Erin Glenn is an Advisor and Interim Executive with a strong focus on helping startup founders transition their products into successful, scalable businesses.

With over 20 years of executive experience across startup ventures, public companies, and multinational financial institutions, Erin brings a wealth of leadership skills and expertise to the table.

Her areas of specialization include general management, finance, human resources, corporate development, business operations, strategy, financial planning and management, recruiting, product development, and governance.

Erin Glenn holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Institute with an International Concentration from Georgetown University.

She also completed her Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Business Diplomacy Honors Certificate, along with minors in Asian and European Studies, at the Edmund E. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

In addition to her formal education, Erin also attended Casady School.

She currently serves as the Managing Partner at T.H.E. 1881 Corporation, where she continues to leverage her expertise in advising startup founders.

Prior to her current role, Erin has held significant leadership positions including COO at FinTech Collective, CEO at Quire Communities Inc., CFO at KIXEYE, and Managing Director at LECG.

Her professional journey also includes roles at top financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank, and she has international experience having worked as a Consultant and Engagement Team Leader at Hay Group in Singapore and Bangkok.
