Erin Fish is a dedicated entrepreneur with a strong focus on strategy, business development, sales, and service in the employee benefits, travel insurance, and international health insurance sectors.

As the Co-Founder of Wanderwell, Erin established the Affiliate/Ambassador program to enhance the travel insurance experience, leading the company to achieve B Corp certification through the B Lab Assessment.

With a background as the President of EMF Insurance Agency, Erin successfully built a health insurance agency specializing in small group employee benefits, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable business practices.

Erin advocates for a business model that emphasizes social and environmental impact, championing initiatives for Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion in organizations and communities.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an Associate of Arts in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Los Angeles Valley College.
