Erin Crump

Erin Crump is a seasoned group and health insurance professional with over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits realm, having worked in diverse capacities in consulting, direct insurance, reinsurance, and human resources.

Her expertise as a management actuary lies in various domains such as pricing, underwriting, product development, marketing, and distribution.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo.

She has held prominent roles at Green Shield Canada (GSC) such as Vice President of Individual and Mental Health, Leader of Individual Strategy, and Leader of Strategic Innovation.

Prior to her tenure at GSC, Erin served in key positions at Munich Re Canada as AVP of Distribution Innovation, AVP of Compensation and Benefits (Canadian Region), Director of Pricing & Corporate Analytics, and various leadership roles in the Compensation and Benefits and Group Research and Development domains.

Her earlier career includes roles as a Consulting Actuary specializing in Health and Group Benefits at Towers Watson and an Actuarial Intern at New York Life Insurance Company.
