Setup financial systems and books for two blockchain technology companies. Implemented crypto currency tracking system. Managed all accounting transactions from data entry to weekly financial review, month end reconciliations, reporting and strategy meetings with leadership team.

Synoptek acquired Rocket Science Consulting in 2014.  Completed Due Diligence for acquisition.  Managed project team invoicing, assisted in Netsuite integration, ad hoc projects as well as audit assistance.

Provided right hand support to Operations Manager for all HR, Finance, and Operational duties.  Managed all facilities and vendor relationships. Spearheaded initiatives for streamlining processes, communications, and work flows across departments. Designed and implemented the internship program. Oversaw office re-organizations as growth necessitated. Coordinated and executed all company events. Implemented the use of new web-based recruiting and HR applications to improve organizational efficiency. Manages benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.  Assisted in creating annual budgets and forecasts.  Managed all financial data entry, reconciliations, and performed financial reporting and analysis: Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. Completed Due Diligence for acquisition by Synoptek, LLC.

HR and Finance Administrator
Provided a variety of administrative and clerical support services for the
Human Resources, Operations, Strategy and Finance Staff. Managed all
healthcare enrollments, COBRA, PTO, and prepares all new hire paperwork
and orientation packet. Point person for training and updating company
intranet. Managed Accounts Receivable and processes all Accounts
Payable. Managed all data entry in Quickbooks and expense reconciliation.

Provided a variety of administrative and clerical support services for the
Strategy and Operations staff, organized the activities and functions of the
office and coordinates the flow of information vital to the life of the
company. Managed vendor relationships, subtenants for leased properties,
and company intranet.
