Exciting things are happening!  In addition to rehabilitative massage therapy and Shiva Nata, I am now working with entrepreneurs to develop their stage presence, helping them communicate as effectively physically as they do verbally.  I am also exploring speaking opportunities.  In the past year, I've spoken about the mind-body connection at the Science Museum of Minnesota as part of their Ask the Experts series during the Body Worlds exhibit, led a workshop for the Penumbra Theatre's youth actresses, and am guest lecturing at Macalester College about mindfulness.  Rounding out my exploration of body-related comfort zones, I have also become one of the international faces of body acceptance through my participation in the Nu Project.
