Erin's culinary journey includes graduating from the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in East Cork in 2015, where she embraced their farm-to-table philosophy. In London, Erin co-founded Leytonstone Brewhouse & Kitchen, a popular supper club blending delicious food with craft beer. She also served as the cafe chef at the Skip Garden Kitchen in King's Cross, an avant-garde vegetarian cafe tied to a youth education charity.

Beyond the culinary world, Erin has a diverse professional background. She has experience in business development and training for creatives, event management in the fashion and design sector, and contributed to the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Erin is a well-educated individual holding a Master's degree in Urban Regeneration from UCL, a Bachelor's degree in History of Art & Architecture from the University of Cambridge, and a Twelve-Week Certificate in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from Ballymaloe Cookery School.
