    Erika Woolsey is a renowned marine biologist, National Geographic Explorer, designer, and Co-Founder of the Hydrous. She is currently serving as a Visiting Scholar at the Virtual Human Interaction Lab at Stanford University. Erika is a 2018-2019 Ocean Design Fellow with the Stanford d.school and the Center for Ocean Solutions.

She has also worked as a Research Intern to the Chief of Science at the California Academy of Sciences and volunteered for Scientists in Schools at CSIRO.
