Erika's expertise extends to agritourism, land use policy, project management, event planning, brand building, and competitive intelligence. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Louis University, Erika has held various key positions, including Chief Operating Officer and is a Co-Founder at the Independent Restaurant Coalition.
