Erika Chin

Erika Chin is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in computer science. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, which she obtained in Spring 2013, focusing her dissertation work on smartphone security. Erika also completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Virginia.

Currently, Erika Chin is serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Twitter, where she undoubtedly leverages her expertise and skills. Prior to her role at Twitter, she worked as an Android Security Consultant at Hewlett-Packard. Her professional journey includes various roles such as Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley, Software Engineer Intern at Google, Researcher at the University of Washington, Programmer at Mitre, and Teacher Assistant at the University of Virginia.
