Erika Byers

Erika Byers, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA (she/her) is a highly qualified professional with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Erika completed her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Behavior Analysis at Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, furthering her education with a Master's in the same field from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Hampton University.

Currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer at Teamwork Healthcare, Erika has held key positions in various organizations, including being a Scholar Culture and Behavior Analyst, Director of Pre-Kindergarten, Program Supervisor, and Teacher/Behavior Analyst at different educational institutions.

Her experience extends to roles such as a Summer Scholars Program Intern at Children's Hospital of King's Daughters, Developmental Disability Specialist at G.R.A.C.E., Inc, and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Specialist at Caring Family Home, LLC.

Erika also contributed as an Intern at Journey's Way: Counseling and Assessment Center, showcasing her diverse skill set and dedication to making a difference in various settings.
