Launched “must-attend” Direct Brand Summit, with 700 attendees in first year; contributed to selling out sponsored content in year two. 

Oversaw program development for Annual Leadership Meeting, including single-handedly managing 90+ speakers. Collaborated with marketing and sponsorship to ensure events are targeted to appropriate delegates and sponsors. 

Wrote opening remarks and prepared Q&A for fireside chats with C-suite executives to align with event goals.
