Erika Bailey

Erika Bailey is a skilled communication coach and the Head of Voice and Speech at American Repertory Theater at Harvard University. With a background in theater and expertise in rhetoric and communication, she helps professionals refine their messages, connect with their audience, and deliver content with passion and clarity. Erika has coached individuals in various fields including performing arts, academia, medical research, and non-profit leadership in the Boston area. She conducts workshops on presentation skills across Harvard University, including the Business School, the Kennedy School of Government, the Ed School, and the Medical School. In her coaching practice, she focuses on enhancing presence, improving non-verbal communication, text analysis and delivery, and building confidence and articulation skills for English language learners.

Erika Bailey's educational background includes a Certificate in Fitzmaurice Voice from Fitzmaurice, a BA in Theatre from Williams College, an MA in Voice Studies from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and an MFA in Acting from Brandeis University.
