Erik Wright is a seasoned leader with a track record of over 15 years in developing cross functional teams within multi-site operational settings and establishing strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and has a background in military education, including studies at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, as well as a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

With a rich professional history, Erik has held key roles at reputable organizations such as DaVita Kidney Care, Eleanor Health, Southwire Company, and in the Army Special Forces, where he served in various leadership positions.

Erik Wright's experience spans from being a Division Vice President, Group Regional Operations Director, Regional Operations Director, to roles such as General Manager and Plant Manager in different companies. His military background includes serving as a Special Forces Executive Officer, Special Forces Detachment Commander, Infantry Company Executive Officer, and Infantry Platoon Leader in the US Army.

His diverse educational background, coupled with extensive leadership roles in both corporate and military settings, showcases his adaptability, strategic thinking, and ability to excel in challenging and dynamic environments.
