Erik Flynn

Erik W. Flynn is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in higher education with a focus on community engagement and mentoring diverse and under-represented student populations. He has tirelessly worked on outreach, recruitment, retention, and grant writing activities. Additionally, he is an accomplished Clinical Lecturer at Stony Brook University where he has also served as an Education Specialist and Clinical Instructor at Stony Brook Medicine. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, a Master of Science (MS) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Dowling College, and a Post-Master's Advanced Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership, School District Leadership (SDL) and School Building Leadership (SBL), 4.0 from Stony Brook University.
