Erik Oldis

Erik Oldis is a seasoned talent acquisition expert with a wealth of experience in the financial and media industries. After completing his Bachelor's degree at New York University, Oldis began his career at Cantor Fitzgerald/eSpeed as an IT Recruiter, followed by roles at Scudder Investments and Credit Suisse as a generalist recruiter. He then moved up to VP Recruiting Manager at JPMorgan and later became Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Morgan Stanley. At Cablevision, Oldis led Talent Acquisition as Vice President and later served as Talent Acquisition Consultant at Revlon. After working with MSH Talent Solutions as General Manager in New York, he became Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition at Condé Nast in 2020. Oldis has experience recruiting across a range of business lines including tech, operations, and front office.
