Prior to that, he worked as a Project Manager specializing in PV + Storage Engineering at EVS, Inc.

His experience also includes roles such as Lead Solar Electrical Engineer at Black & Veatch, Senior Electrical Engineer at Hanergy Holding America, Inc., and Electrical PV Engineer at Cupertino Electric, Inc.

Erik has a solid background in the solar industry, having served as Senior Solar Engineer at Schuco Solar USA LP and in various engineering roles at Integrated Engineering Services (IES).

He started his career as an Electrical Engineer at Optisolar and gained experience as a Ferrite Engineer at Mica Microwave.
