My role on the Global Talent Acquisition team was to deliver TA solutions in the relentless pursuit of hiring AI and Engineering talent for US and EMEIA.  I led and up-skilled onshore and offshore recruiting resources while building cross border teams at all ranks (Campus, Experienced, Executive).  My remit included recruitment strategy development, creating bespoke branding & attraction campaigns, global sourcing, consulting with hiring teams, and creating efficiency and consistency in the recruitment & candidate experience.

I had the great privilege of leading the Talent Attraction (Sourcing) team for EY Assurance.  I coached a team of 10 Talent Acquisition Recruiters (Sourcers) to attract talent with skills in audit, analytics/data science, forensics, and climate change.   My remit included leading and driving scalable TA strategies and presenting to stakeholders on market insights, talent scarcity, candidate engagement, diversity & inclusion, competitor intelligence and candidate pipelines. 

I championed diversity, equity & inclusion recruitment including D&I sourcing, virtual conferences, relationships with internal and external D&I stakeholders.  I also led Talent Branding for Experienced Hire recruiting and directed a team of 16 branding “champions” on candidate attraction campaigns, content/asset development, candidate experience, and employee advocacy tactics.
