Erik Espera, a video production veteran from Northern California, boasts a career of over 20 years in the field, involving a diverse array of projects ranging from commercials to documentaries.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Apple Final Cut Pro 7, Avid Media Composer, and a certified Autodesk Smoke & Flame artist, Erik's expertise shines through in his work.

As the Associate Creative Director at Adobe Studio, Erik contributes significantly to the production, direction, shooting, and editing of various inspiring content, including artist profiles, web series, talk shows, and podcasts.

Erik's career milestones include launching Adobe's Pro Bono Initiative, aimed at assisting non-profit organizations, and founding NewsDoc Media, LLC, a video production company focusing on impactful storytelling.

Currently, Erik is working on his first documentary feature project, 'The Next Big Step,' centered around HIV & AIDS activism, with one of its images showcased at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington DC.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Erik resides in San Francisco with his husband, Ben, alongside their two dogs, Huxley and Crazy Eddie.
