Senior Manager successfully lead and grew  the sales, pre-sales and marketing team. Member of the Norwegian Management Team. Effected a 180 turn around.  Budget planning ‘16,’17 and ‘18.
Achieved all time high revenue for the Dutch operation. Building and executing the transformation program and go-to-market strategy to deliver profitable and sustainable growth was a central task. Effected a departmental cooperation  program. Built the pipe and revenues in a smart way as a KPI. Impleneted a new customer satisfaction program as one of the key parameters in Basefarm. This should reflect through all department, so of course also sales.

Building up the Basefarm Dutch office and network. Startup office and buy up local business. Member of the due diligence team with the M&E of a local player.
