Erik Caceres

Erik Caceres is a skilled professional with a strong educational background in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.

Additionally, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Adventist University, and further education at Broadview Academy.

Erik has gained valuable experience in the field, having served as the Senior HRIS Manager at The Heico Companies LLC.

Prior to that role, he held positions such as HRIS Business Partner and HRIS Analyst within the same organization.

His previous experiences include working as an HRIS Analyst at Adtalem Global Education, as well as HR roles at DeVry Education Group such as HR Representative and HR Coordinator.

Before transitioning into HR roles, Erik started his career as a Student Service Representative II at DeVry Education Group.
