    Erik actively supports causes such as cancer research, diversity in tech, children's education, entrepreneurship, environment conservation, political reform, and veteran affairs.

    Beyond his professional endeavors, Erik is an enthusiastic cyclist and fitness advocate. Dedicated to his role as a father and husband, Erik considers his 7-year-old daughter as his most important startup.

    Erik holds a BBA in Operations and Computer Science from The College of William and Mary, and pursued graduate studies in Technology Innovation and Management at The George Washington University - School of Business.

    Currently, Erik serves as the Chief Operating Officer (Fractional) and Member of the Board of Directors at Three Sages and has held various advisory, investor, and board roles in numerous organizations including Republic, Loyal VC, Guidely, TBD Angels, The Capital Network, and Vencapital, among others. He is also involved in mentoring and advising roles in several startup accelerators.

    Erik's professional journey spans across roles like CEO, COO, founder, executive, advisor, and investor in notable companies such as GrooveJar, MageMail, Mobiquity Inc., Brightcove, frog design, Virtusa, Wipro Consulting, NerveWire, and College and University Computers, Inc.
