Erik den Boer

Erik Boer is an accomplished biomedical and aerospace engineer, holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from the prestigious Delft University of Technology. Boer has served in various capacities in different organizations, namely as a Field Service Engineer at IBA, a Graduate Student at Westdeutsches Protonentherapiezentrum Essen (WPE) gGmbH, and as a Project Intern at the University of Sharjah. He also served as a Technical and Financial Manager at the TU Delft Solar Boat Team, and as a Student Assistant D hall at TU Delft.

Boer's expertise in the engineering field has been honed from his years of education, coupled with the practical experience gained from his various positions. As a Field Service Engineer, Boer has gained knowledge and experience in handling complex equipment, performing installations, and providing support to clients. His work at WPE allowed him to be involved in groundbreaking research in proton therapy, an innovative cancer treatment. Through his work at TU Delft Solar Boat Team, Boer has developed his leadership and management skills, which he has effectively used to manage projects and teams.
