Erik Barner is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background in finance and investment management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Value Investing from Columbia Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. Erik also completed his earlier education at Fargo South High.

He has contributed as the Managing Partner at Broadwater Capital, Chief Investment Officer at Gen7 Investments, and as an Investment and Acquisitions Manager at Gen7 Investments. Erik has also served as a Research Analyst at Institutional Capital LLC., an Analyst at Norwest Mezzanine Partners (NMP), an Analyst at Piper Jaffray, and started his professional journey as an Intern at Deephaven Capital Management.
