Erickson Sánchez Noriega

Erickson Sánchez Noriega is a Peruvian entrepreneur and intrapreneur with a passion for innovation, culture, growth, and engagement. He co-founded Manki, an empowerment, education, and travel startup in Lima, with a focus on women's growth opportunities through crowd learning in a safe space.

Erickson has spent the past five years in the startup and innovation ecosystem, helping young companies set up their growth machine. He has also been a speaker at several conferences and summits on innovation, strategies, and startups, and is an opinionated writer on personal growth and business.

Erickson's academic background is in Business Management, where he graduated with honors with a cum laude thesis on tourism product development from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is also an activist for gender equality and a strong believer in society's growth by education.

Erickson has held positions on advisory boards for startups in transportation, e-commerce, and service, and has worked for various companies such as Repsol, Kantar Worldpanel, Selina, and LAN Airlines. He is currently a partner and COO at Sierra Andina, an adventure tourism company in South America.
