Erich Sieber is a seasoned venture capitalist and board member with extensive experience in food tech, entrepreneurship, and alternative investments. He is the founder of PeakBridge Ventures, managing venture funds for global food tech companies. Erich has previously worked as an investment manager at the German Federal Ministry of Finance, project manager at the World Economic Forum, marketing and sales director at Nestle, and officer at the Swiss Army. He is a triple-lingual MBA graduate of ESCP and has completed executive education programs at IMD. Erich has also studied law and finance at the University of Geneva and Universität St. Gallen.
